This wallet molding jig is made from HDPE and CNCed for Kydex molding with a vacuum press. You will need to drill your own vacuum holes. Inside card space is ~1/4 inch. This Jig comes with the jig itself and a dummy card jig for easy fold over. For mass production check out our pro series jig for multiple cart impressions with one press.
