Scarred red leather eye patch pirate cosplay costume masquerade Halloween

This scarred red leather eye patch is for the pirate or fighter who wants to show off his or her battle scars! Three jagged scars have been carved into the leather at a diagonal angle, two of them originating at the top of the patch. You can have some fun with makeup if you want corresponding wounds on your face, to complete your pirate costume for the masquerade or Renaissance Fair. The leather was dyed red, and then sponge-painted with mottled brown for a darker look reminiscent of blood.I make other eye patch designs as well (see the last photo for examples).  ——— Please use caution and common sense when wearing an eye patch, as it can cause loss of depth perception and balance (and, of course, you lose a large portion of your range of vision as well).
