Freya Sculpture

Description: Freya (goddess of fertility and death) represents the duality and constant change in life and death. The sculpture stands tall and proud, with a striking presence that commands attention yet is sensual and alluring at the same time. Best displayed on a bookshelf or table. Handmade in New York City.  About the Collection, Ethereal Beings: Highly gestural, these ceramic biomorphic forms compose one of my favorite collections. It offers both figurative hands (inspired by the refined and elegant movements of a ballerina) and abstract bodies named after goddesses that distort and contort to movements captured in space and time.
