Ruby Street Brewing spent over 2 years designing a system that would meet the rugged demands of professional brewers. Taking features from large brewing systems and scaling it all down into a 1 BBL sized unit. With bottom draining kettles and a spray-ball unit, there’s no need to remove the kettles from the frame when cleaning. The bottom of the mash tun manway is flush with the false bottom for quick and easy grain clean-out. Welded industry standard TC fittings and sanitary butterfly valves means there’s no threaded fittings on wort. Premium 50+ gallon kettles include internal volume markings in gallons/liters. Full digital control and plate heat exchanger are now standard equipment on each system. All this packaged on a beautiful hand TIG welded stainless frame rolling on heavy duty 5” locking casters.
