Pockets that sit toward the front keep the hips laying smooth. If you tried on our Tulasi joggers, these are the same except different fabric and inseams. GARMENT SPECS Rise: From top of waistband to crotch, the front rise is 11" on size medium, and back rise is about 14" on size medium. Waist: Since these are mid-rise, the elastic waistband sits lower than the true waist. Waist elastic circumference measures XS-29", S-31", M-33", L-36", XL-39" Inseam: There is a 2.5" difference between regular and tall length. For size Medium, inseam is 28.5" for Regular length from crotch to bottom of ankle cuff. Tall inseam for Medium is 31" Thigh: 24" circumference for size medium, measured 1" below crotch.
