They are crafted in a Sanmai (3 layer) forging construction using Shiroko #2 high-carbon steel, with Magnolia oval handles. The Kiritsuke tip & blade geometry makes this Gyuto a versatile 'Daily Driver'. Prep everything from meat, fish, & vegetables with ease.
