Gates of Dawn Crystal Crown

Gates of Dawn Crystal Crown is a minimalist fantasy of a crystal crown in cast white bronze and semi-precious stones.  Measuring just over 5" across and 2.25" high, the crown version is mounted on a wide millinery comb for easy wear. Cast white bronze, 10mm faceted labradorite. A curving crescent of gleaming metal, a curve and a sharp line, like gates rolling back to reveal the rising sun.  Inspired by the lines of 70's science fiction, when the medieval met the idealized imaginings of a possible future. Also inspired by the brutalist architecture of monuments from that era. This piece is high on minimalist impact. Available in white bronze or brass, set with your choice of rose-cut faceted semi-precious stones: labradorite, lapis, onyx, or carnelian.
