Our Laurel Crown in brass is an epic handcrafted laurel-style crown set with A-grade semiprecious gems.   Cast brass, faceted lapis, brass wire frame Measuring approx 7.25" wide and 3.75" high, the crown version of this piece is curved by hand and mounted on a wire frame, simple to pin into your hair. It's also available as a necklace! Victory, peace, triumph, love. A laurel crown is an ancient symbol of grace bestowed. The lines of this design are carved into the images of history, iconic and powerful. Our Laurel Crown speaks of these classic meanings, and offers up its own interpretation: seen through the lens of Art Nouveau masters, set with an enormous rose-cut faceted stone in the middle, flanked by two smaller faceted stones on each side. This design was many years in the making for us, as it marks the first of our crowns to be cast in metal.
