Often times I found myself taking social media breaks. "Fasting" from the low vibrational frequencies that my time line would project every now and then. I started to unfollow friends and add strangers but still, I felt alone. I was going through an "awakening" seeing the world through a new lens but nobody to communicate these thoughts with.
