Each Tiny Tune-Up is delivered as a short, intuitive video or voice note (10–15 minutes) and is created specifically for you. Based on what you share, your Tune-Up may include gentle guidance, reflection, breath awareness, visualization, or a simple supportive practice to help you re-center and reconnect.
