Farmer's Microgreen Special - Rainbow Mix

Our current Farmer's Special is a vibrant, antioxidant-rich superfood microgreen mixture with strikingly vivid colors and a unique blending of flavor profiles to intrigue your palate.  The Rainbow Mix is a combination of Red Cabbage, Purple Kohlrabi, & Broccoli Raab (Rapini) microgreens.  Each of these three varieties is regarded as hearty vegetables and in microgreens their vibrant energy is so condensed it's truly is a miracle of nature.  I hope you'll give this nutrient-rich, superfood microgreen blend a try.  Please let us know what you think!
