Mushroom Chai

This is a traditional Masala chai blended with functional mushrooms in loose leaf form. A perfect blend of Organic Fair Trade Certified black tea, organic ginger, organic cinnamon, organic fennel seed, organic cardamom, organic nutmeg, organic pepper, organic cloves, ground Reishi, ground Turkey Tail, ground Chaga mushrooms and full-spectrum double extracts. We took great care to develop a perfect balance of chai spice and functional mushrooms. It makes a truly decadent chai, full of the unique flavors of cardamom, cinnamon, fennel and the spice of black pepper.  2 ounce pack size 12-36 servings depending on strength desired (12 if using a tablespoon of chai mix per cup and 36 if using a teaspoon of chai mix per cup) During the product development stage we learned a lot about chai, from traditional recipes to the chemistry of chai.
