This warranty coverage is for 12 months from the date of installation and covers repair or replacement of defective parts and the labor to resolve any such failure on site. Installation of equipment purchased from F&O by anyone other than F&O may void Mazzer’s warranty. Water quality not meeting Mazzer’s standards will void Mazzer’s warranty. Field service needs resulting from ordinary wear, abuse, neglect, or lack of proper cleaning and maintenance are not covered by Mazzer’s warranty. F&O must be notified about a warranty service requestbefore a decision concerning warranty coverage by Mazzer will apply. No warranty service shall be performed without prior authorization by Mazzer.
