Extend tongue out of the mouth & inspect for a coating. Place tongue cleaner towards the back of the tongue & gently scrape the ama, or film, forward & out of the mouth. Wash the ama off of the tongue cleaner & repeat until the tongue is clean. Immediately follow with PAAVANI Oil Pulling Oil. Vigorously swish & pull 1-2 tsp. of oil in the mouth & through the teeth. Continue for 5 to 20 minutes. Once oil pulling is complete, expel oil into a trash bin.
