It is a perfect addition and adds lots of extra grill space. Perfect for searing those steaks! Made of US Steel and virtually maintenance-free.The Grill Grate sits right over the open fire and can reach temperatures of over 1,000°F (500°C) just like in a Steakhouse. Note: When your grill arrives, the cooktop will be silver (unseasoned).
