The frame is precision machined from UV stable high quality marine grade HDPE and includes a plastic cup holder insert stepped down to accept a variety of different size cans and cups. All styles include perimeter holes for hanging baits, jigs and hooks. Mounting hardware included. ***NO hole drilling required*** Just insert the included 2 bolts, tighten the nuts, and start fishing! (We do have an option for mounting to the older Millennium seats with 3 holes and the Pro-M Marine version seats.
