RKI Underbody Truck Box 24x18x18 H-Series 10 Gauge Black Steel Model # 10H241818 10 gauge cold rolled steel construction with a five-stage state-of-the art metal pretreatment anticorrosion protection system and is finished with a super durable black polyester powder coat. Doors are horizontally hinged and constructed of 14 gauge cold rolled steel, with a 14 gauge cold rolled steel inner stiffener. Welds are full arc welds, no spot welds. Door is attached to the hull of the box with stainless steel pillow block type hinges with self-lubricating bushings and 5/16” stainless steel hinge pins. Hinges are welded to the box. Door is held in the open position with heavy-duty machine chains. Chains are easily detachable to drop door down to 180°. A three point, stainless steel "T" handle is recessed into the door of the box. Top panel of the box forms a drip rail over the door.
