The W1869 Cyclone Dust Collector stands as a remarkable fusion of the efficiency provided by a 2-stage cyclone system and the convenience of a portable single-stage dust collector. This innovative design offers an impressive airflow of 1941 CFM coupled with up to 2.9" of static pressure, making it exceptionally capable of handling heavy wood chips and large dust particles. These particles are swiftly extracted into a 50-gallon steel drum, which is conveniently lined with a plastic bag for easy disposal.As the cyclone system separates the bulk of the debris, the finer dust particles are directed past the 15" cast aluminum impeller towards a canister filter. This sophisticated filter is responsible for capturing 99.9% of particles down to 1 micron in size, thanks to its spun-bond polyester material and pleated design which maximizes the surface area for efficient airflow.Maintenance and cleanliness are further simplified with a filter cleaning handle. A simple turn of this handle engages
