Temtop PM-900 Laser Particle Sensor for PM1.0/PM2.5/PM10 Digital Output
Overview:PM-900 is a laser-based particle sensor which uses light scattering method to detect and count particles and calculate PM1.0, PM2.5 and PM10 concentration in a given environment. The sensor features an imported processing chip and photosensitive element. Signals are collected and processed by the microprocessor chip and then output in digital format. The sensor is ideal to detect the concentration of different particles precisely in real time.Features:1. Adopted by new-advanced fourth generation laser particle sensor, based on Mie-scattering theory, it can accurately measure PM1.0/PM2.5/PM10, other particles as small as 0.3um, making particle measurement more accurate.2. High-performance laser module, depth algorithm optimization compensation, airflow constant system, making measurement more accurate and stable.3. It has a long life time up to 20,000 hour accompanied with Industrial-grade components.4. 12mm ultra-thin volume, embedded built-in interface for quick installation.5. Six-sided fully enclosed metal body, proven EMC and EMI performance, strong anti-interface, air inlet or outlet from the side.Applications:Air purifiers, air quality detectors, fresh air systems, air conditioners and automobiles with air purifying function, consumer electronics.Technical Data:Output data: PM1.0, PM2.5, PM10 concentration and particle countConcentration range (PM2.5): 0-999 ug/m³Effective range (PM2.5): 0-500 ug/m³Accuracy: ±10ug/m³(0-100 ug/m³)±10% (100-500 ug/m³)Minimum distinguishable Particle diameter: 0.3umPower supply: 5V±0.1V (Ripple<100mV)Max working current: 100mAWorking temperature: -10℃-60℃Working Humidity: 0-95% (non-condensing)Storage temperature: -30℃-70℃Response time: <1.5sResolution: 1ug/m³Maximum dimensions: 2*1.7*0.8 inches (50x42.7x20.4mm) User Manual: Download Value to Customers:Consistent, stable, reliable.Small zero drift, good repeatability.Compact size, easy to mount.Low power consumption, long service life.High sensitivity, fast response.Proven EMc and EMI performance, strong anti-interferenceWorking Principle:The sensor is based on the particle concentration analysis technology of Mie scattering theory. A laser light source illuminates a particle as it is pulled through the detection chamber. The particles are scattering when passing through the laser beam. The information processing circuit converts the light intensiElitechustorety signal of the scattered light via the photoelectric sensor into a voltage pulse signal, which is preamplified, converted by AD into digital signal. After noise processing and optimal algorithm analysis, particle count with the equivalent particle size per unit volume can be obtained, and then the particle concentration is calculated.
