The Long Tahitian Pearl Dew Drop Chain features 14KT gold filled findings to accentuate the natural beauty of the 8 peacock pearls. The Tahitian cultured pearls selected measure 9-10 mm and the necklace measures 28 inches. The pearls sit between ornate bead caps and float on a faceted shimmering chain.   Born in the vivid tropical blue lagoons of the islands of French Polynesia, Tahitian Pearls are created by the local black lipped oyster and are not dyed or treated. Each pearl has a unique duochrome peacock color whose beauty only nature could imagine.  The culturing process to create a Tahitian pearl involves an expert grafter and takes over 3 years.
