Tutus are made of three layers of soft tulle. Elastic waist band makes it fit a larger range of sizes. They are great for birthdays, dance / ballet recitals, dress-up, or just to wear around! Girls/Basic (fits 6m - 8y): 10-11" long, 7" waist unstretched, 15" waist stretched.
