Colombia Los Guacharos

We’ve worked with Los Guacharos many times before, and each coffee reminds us why we keep coming back. This lot is a special collaboration between two producers from the group: Viviana Realpe and Nelson Cordoba. Viviana contributed a beautifully clean caturra lot (with just a touch of pink bourbon!), and Nelson added his vibrant tabi. Together, their coffees create a profile that’s as intentional as the way they farm. In this coffee we taste an inviting warm toffee- like sweetness with a slight orange acidity and stewed apples.
