Ethiopia Sibu Guji

Sibu Coffee is a cornerstone of Guji's specialty coffee movement. With over two decades of experience working alongside local farmers, Sibu has helped shape Guji’s emergence as a globally celebrated coffee region, establishing some of the area's first washing stations and bringing both washed and natural coffees to the world stage. Their work centers around the kebele of Guracho, where they operate one of several washing stations producing complex, dynamic coffees with profiles ranging from citrus and florals to ripe melon and stone fruit. This particular coffee from Sibu is clean and boasts some lovely floral notes, with some sweet citrus acidity and peaches.
