The base material for Gel stickers is a strong color vinyl adhesive film, that is cut in the desire shape. Then injection nozzles are use to apply liquid plastic in the middle of the sticker to follow with the distribution of the precisely calculated viscosity, in such a way as to form a domed relief that gives them the 3D look of plastic. Finally, is given the time needed so they can dry completely, and then they are ready to be shipped. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: All Gel Graphics orders can take up to 10-15 business days to be created, produced, and packed.
