Trio in the Garden

A happy trio of vintage insect brooches gather amongst gemstone beads, as if at home in a garden of gorgeous hues.  The bugs' damascene wings (an engraved brass and oxidized metal for a dark-against-bright-golden pattern) and rhinestone accents show beautiful detail, and the variety of color in the beads--from green and yellow to pink and blue--create a delightful backdrop.  Measures 18" in length with gilt copper hook.
