With Whimsy

Wherever you may go, you'll go with whimsy as long as this one's along for the fun. When we discovered this bouquet brooch, likely from the 1930s, at a favorite antique spot in town, a smile immediately surfaced. The glittering green blooms are irresistibly charming and joyful, effortlessly bobbing to and fro on gilt metal wire stems, almost as if blown in a breeze. Gathered with a bow, the blooms become a charismatic corsage at the side of faceted cobalt blue crystal beads. Between the drape of the strands and the combination of colors, and the cheerful sparkle of it all, it's a delight. Measures 18.5" in length with a gilt copper box clasp at back.
