Bonded Nylon thread is an excellent choice in beading, being stronger and with a higher heat tolerance than regular Nylon. The bonding agent which coats the Nylon thread fibers add strength and reduces needle friction. #69 is 3-ply, with approximately 6000 yards per 1 lb. cone, a diameter of .0115" and 11 lb. strength.
