Tassel Hoodie Dress

Long sleeved winter dress, with boat neck collar and generous mythical hood :) It has long sleeves and mini skirt with raw rolled hems, wide boat neck collar to show off your collarbone and extra large hood. The back has several tassel strings hanging down from the base.
