Velvet Accent Winter Dress

Fitted, scrunch up sides to flatter the hips and create more of an hourglass figure, and velvet accents on the collar, cuffs and scrunchie trim on hips. Length is adjustable because the sides scrunch up with drawstrings - you can wear it as a mini dress with it scrunched up or let it go and wear as a longer dress that goes closer to the knees, or anywhere in between. ❖ We hand make these with love in Colorado, to your color and size, and height.
