Winged Duster Skirt

This piece includes a wide waistband to smooth out your curves, and is meant to sit at your true waist, as shown (though if you want it low rise, let usknow when ordering). The panels are hemmed everywhere with a fancy hem that encourages the skirt to flow out when you walk.You can wear this dramatic piece over anything, in the photos it is shown over our high waisted hot shorts, which pair with it really well.
