Our new Tissue Weight Sashiko Arrow Cape is an incredible, airy, light weight, all season cape with a heavier cashmere knit cording around the entire perimeter, embellished with our delicate Arrow design in sparkling, multicolor, small colorful crystals. This design is inspired by the Japanese art of sashiko stitching- a folk art that originated in Japan about 425 years ago as a practical way to strengthen clothing. Our arrow design is a deconstructed piece of a traditional Yanabe (arrow feather) pattern, using crystals instead of sewn stitches. Small crystals dot the entire piece. So beautiful and elegant.
