Black on Black Stripe Elastic

Thrilled is the word to describe the moment we saw this elastic! One of our favorite waistband treatments is to use a decorative elastic which takes the place of a waistband and also doesn't require a casing and such. Use this piece to stitch directly onto the top of a pull-on trouser or skirt, or use it to finish off the bottom or sleeve of a sweatshirt style knit top. It is soft and will be quite comfortable to wear. Also available in muted earthy tone stripes and a bright stripe. 2" Wide Elastic sold by the yard.
