A flavored medium roast built on Brazilian beans from Minas Gerais. Air-roasted to a smooth profile, then layered with caramel, vanilla, and a touch of rum-inspired warmth. Dessert-like without being heavy, tropical without going over the top. The base bean is hand-tended on small family plots in Brazil's highlands. We source our flavorings from a craft supplier who develops profiles to complement the bean, not bury it. No alcohol in the product. A fun one for mornings that don't need to be serious.
