Overview It's true that most emergency lighting is not very attractive. That's why we developed the recessed remote head. It functions both as a decorative recessed can light and an emergency light. During normal hours they light your high-end interior location like any other fixture would. However, when building AC power is disrupted and all other lighting blacks out, remote heads will continue to light for the next 90 minutes, providing a safe escape path for your building occupants. They accomplish this by slaving to an external power source, which could be a battery backup inverter or emergency generator.
