Overview The Self-Testing Emergency Light does just what its name implies: it tests the lamps and batteries automatically so you don't have to. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requires that emergency lights are tested for 90 seconds once per month and 90 seconds once per year. The Self-Testing Emergency Light eliminates the arduous task of manually checking each emergency light one at a time. With more than 10 emergency lights placed in difficult to reach locations, this can become a rather time consuming task. The Self-Testing Emergency Light does all the work for you. Bottom-mounted LED lights indicate the automatic test and display results on the side of the fixture.
