This model is designed for use oudoors and for other applications where moisture is present, such as wash down areas. The WP-EXIT-COMBO Series features a UV stabilized, impact, moisture, and corrosion resistant ABS plastic enclosure. The lamp heads are PAR style 9.0 watt halogen lamps. This model can handle rain, sleet, and snow. The polycarbonate housing is fully gasket to seal out moisture. For locations that feature freezing temperatures, be sure to purchase the cold location package that comes with an internal battery heater which insures operation in freezing environments. Combining emergency lights with an exit sign eliminates the need for two separate fixtures, two electrical connections, and the maintenance for two battery backup systems.
