About ESC-FL-WST:  Many years ago I was based at MacDill Air Force Base and more recently I lived in Dunedin by St. Petersburg.  I developed this ESC while living there so it has a special place in my heart.  It is for the People of west Florida as well as south Florida residents heading north.  It connects to south Florida (ESC-FL-SOU), east Florida (ESC-FL-EST), south Georgia (ESC-GA-SOU) and the Floribama Gulf Coast (ESC-FL-GLF).  More specifically, the four 1:250,000 scale maps are titled Tampa, Tarpon Springs, Gainesville, and Valdosta.    An ESC is not just a set of beautiful topographic maps
