Summary: This 1969 Martin N-20 is a stellar example of function and craftsmanship. This N-20, the same model and year as Willie Nelson’s famous Trigger, is built of rosewood body and neck with a sitka spruce top and an ebony fretboard.Body: Sitka Spruce top with Brazilian Rosewood back and sides with a gloss finish. Neck: Mahogany with a Ebony fingerboard, 25.5” scale length, 1.98” nut width,19-fret ebony short-scale fingerboard, 12 frets clear of body. Hardware: Side mount classical-style tuners, Ebony bridge.Cosmetics: This guitar is in excellent shape. It has light surface scratches and finish cracks on the top. The back of the neck is great with a few very slight indentations and the frets show minimal wear. The face of the headstock has a small amount of wear around the edges. Overall, this guitar plays very well and sounds fantastic. Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this instrument with a new set of strings.
