Summary: This Destroyer is an Ibanez electric guitar manufactured at the FujiGen-Gakki factory. The Destroyer model was first introduced in 1975. It has Super 70s humbuckers and chrome hardware. The 2459 features a large, angular body modeled on the Gibson Explorer. The body is mated to a set-in 3-ply maple neck with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with pearl dot position markers. Body: Solid Ash (Japanese Sen) with a gloss finish. Neck: Maple with a Rosewood fingerboard, 24.75” scale length, 22 frets, pearl dot inlays. Pickups/Hardware: Two Super 70s humbuckers, tunomatic bridge/stop bar tailpiece, 2x volume/master tone controls/3-way pickup selector, white pickguard, “Star” tuning keys. Cosmetics: This guitar is in great shape. It has light surface scratches throughout. There is ding on the top of the body near the bridge (See Photos Please).
