1927 BULOVA 'Breton' Gents Art Deco Watch

empressissi™ is pleased to offer this early and sought after Art Deco BULOVA wrist watch for men - a unique model from 1927 in white gold filled case with a classic Art Deco design. The watch houses a very uncommon 9AN caliber, running well on 15 jewels with sub seconds. It is cased in a classic octagon shaped 14K white gold filled case with decorations in Art Deco motif on the sides and front and is properly hinged. It comes with a mint acrylic crystal and a good crown.The dial is a 100% factory original hard enamel off-white with distinctive Art Deco figures and original set of hands and shows a couple of small signs. The luminous material on this dial and skeleton hands has been restored with non-toxic Super-Luminova™ instead of the original hazardous Radium. This rare Bulova watch measures 24mm side to side (excluding crown) and 36mm from top lug to bottom lug. Attached to this watch is a brand new quality genuine leather band in slim black, 16mm wide with an anti-allergic buckle
