This watch does have 100 jewels but this is merely a commercial gimmick as the vast majority of them sit under the rotor with no functional purpose. Yet, it is a sought after model among collectors. The watch houses a fine AS early full rotor automatic wind caliber, running on 100 jewels (which in practice are 17 functional jewels) with sweep seconds. It is cased in classic late 50s large and elegant 10K gold filled case in very good condition with an original crown and mint crystal.The dial is factory original - excellent condition in mellow golden tone with raised white gold plated markers and original set of hands.This timeless Swiss watch measures 35mm side to side (excluding crown) and 40mm from top lug to bottom lug.
