60s NOS DAMAS Incabloc Classic Gents Swiss Watch

All these watches were never worn and come with their original red box. These will make an excellent vintage gift or addition to your collection. The DAMAS was a mid range brand of the BEGUELIN & CIE Swiss manufacturer with most movements marked BTC, active mostly in the 50s and 60s. The brand focused on the Arabic market, in particular Lebanese and Syrian. Possibly DAMAS was chosen to resemble DAMASCUS.  The watch houses a fine Swiss manual wind incabloc caliber, running on 17 jewels with sweep seconds. It is cased in a monoblock all stainless steel case with logo crown, mint crystal and it is in mint condition. The dial is factory original - mint pearl tone with raised thin markers and original set of hands. This timeless Swiss watch measures 35mm side to side (excluding crown) and 43.5mm from top lug to bottom lug.
