FRANCE. Carrot Seed (Daucus carota) Essential Oil, Certified Organic Carrot Seed essential oil is extracted from the plant commonly known as Wild Carrot, or Queen Anne's Lace. Its scent has been described as "dry woody, wet earth, root-like, somewhat sweet, with a tenacious fatty/oily, slightly sweet, spicy dry down."  Aromatically, it is considered a middle note for blending. Carrot Seed essential oil is a popular choice in face and body care products, and is used in our Red Velvet Lip Balm and Facial Beauty Oil.
