Waist Beads are a West African tradition steeped in ritual, wellness, and feminine energy. Used to mark important occasions, aid in spiritual protection and keep track of your body changes. I make my waist beads with love, cleanse them with Sage or Paulo Santo, and encourage you to set your intentions before tying them on. Warning: After tying your beads, do not cut the string all the way down for the first 72 hours.... let the knots settle for a few days, then cut them short.
