For those of you who have gone with me on my Enchanted Sugar journey, you know that my company was created after I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer.   While October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, there are three things you can do all year:  1.  Go through your contacts and send a text to every woman you know over 40 and ask them if they have had a mammogram this year.  They need to get this done, early detection is the path to survival.2.  Do you know someone who currently has cancer,  a survivor, or someone who has lost someone to cancer?  Take them to lunch or dinner and see how they are doing.  A caring conversation is the best healing balm. Sometimes we get so busy in our lives that we forget that someone we know is suffering and just needs to hear that you care about them.3.  I belie
