Simply mount the enclosure and plug the pre-wired 5 foot power cord into a nearby outlet. Two internal pre-wired 120VAC power outlets are provided to power your equipment.Get your project up and running quickly and transition to hard-wired later if needed. The power cord can removed and the power receptacle can be hard-wired by a qualified installer.Increased Interior SpaceThis enclosure features an extra deep gasketed lid, over 4 inches deep. With the generous size of this enclosure and extended lid the NP120909PA1C can accommodate a wide range of equipment.Mount Additional Equipment in LidThe extra deep lid of this enclosure is designed so that additional equipment can be mounted in the lid for even more versatility. Raised mounting bosses are provided for use with equipment mounting plates or up to (5) Altelix 35mm DIN Rail Kits (sold separately). A large flat section is also provided for use with the hook-n-loop tape included in the accessory kit.Aluminum Equipment Mounting PlateIncluded with this enclosure is a 1.5mm thick aluminum plate for mounting and securing equipment. The plate can be easily drilled and modified by the installer to suit unique site requirements.Note: this enclosure is also available with a non-metallic PVC equipment mounting plate (see NP120909MA1C) and without an equipment mounting plate (see NP120909A1C).Secure Your EquipmentThese NP series enclosures feature dual stainless steel quick release latches.
