It features an extra deep lid providing additional depth.Increased Interior SpaceThis enclosure features an extra deep gasketed lid, over 4 inches deep. With the generous size of this enclosure and extended lid the NP120909V can accommodate a wide range of equipment.VentilationThe NP120909V features two vents with rain shields to help expel heat from inside the enclosure. Screens on the inside of the vents can be removed and cleaned as required.Equipment Mounting OptionsThis enclosure provides multiple ways to install equipment. Raised bosses located in the base of this enclosure can be used to mount an equipment plate. These same bosses can also be used to install up to five 35mm Top Hat DIN Rail kits available from Altelix. A large flat section is also provided in the base for use with the hook-n-loop tape included in the accessory kit.Note: this enclosure is also available with an aluminum equipment mounting plate (see NP120909VP) or a non-metallic PCV equipment mounting plate (see NP120909VM).RF Transparent DesignThe NP120909V is ideal for WiFi applications. The non-metallic design of both the enclosure and equipment mounting plate will not interfere with the radio's operation. The size of this enclosure will fit a wide range of popular wireless access points on the market.Secure Your EquipmentThese NP series enclosures feature dual stainless steel quick release latches. A stainless steel security screw with keys and a provision for a padlock are also provided.Polycarbonate + ABS Protection Built to LastThis enclosure is molded out of UV resistant Polycarbonate + ABS, an industrial grade plastic with greater strength and durability than standard ABS. This enclosure can be easily drilled and modified by the installer to suit unique site requirements.Complete with Cable Grommets and Wire Management AccessoriesThis enclosure includes an assortment of cable grommets and cable glands that can be installed in the knock-out holes for a weather resistant seal.
