It features an extra deep lid providing additional depth.Increased Interior SpaceThis enclosure features an extra deep gasketed lid, over 4 inches deep. With the generous size of this enclosure and extended lid the NP171409VM can accommodate a wide range of equipment.VentilationThe NP171409VM features two vents with rain shields to help expel heat from inside the enclosure. Screens on the inside of the vents can be removed and cleaned as required.No-Drill Non-Metallic Equipment PlateIncluded with this enclosure is a 10mm thick non-metallic PVC plate for mounting and securing equipment. Due to the "No-Drill" design of this PVC plate, mounting radios and other equipment can be done simply by using self-tapping screws.Note: this enclosure is also available with an aluminum equipment mounting plate (see NP171409VP) and without an equipment mounting plate (see NP171409V).RF Transparent DesignThe NP171409VM is ideal for WiFi applications.
