Yarrow Tincture Also known as: Eriodictyon californica, Common Yarrow, Woundwort, Soldier's Woundwort, Milfoil, Bloodwort Yarrow is traditionally used externally to support healthy skin and is great for supporting a healthy appetite and good digestion. Yarrow gets its Latin name, Achillea, from the Greek warrior Achilles, who supposedly used this herb. Yarrow supports a healthy appetite, promotes gallbladder function, and may promote relaxation.
