Half Perforated Griddle plate for charcoal and wood fire grilling. Easy to use. Simply lift out the cooking grate and insert the griddle. Use over a wood fire to combine the high heat searing with hint of smoke flavor. Weighing in at 32lbs. (14.5kg) Very heavy duty with 1/4" thick (6.35mm) thick carbon steel construction. Optimum for heat retention and distribution. Overall size: 16.625" x 28.5" 422mm x 724mm Fits 1000 series, stainless and Argentine campfire as well as Parilla series. Care is the same as a cast iron skillet. Wash, dry and oil with food grade oil, lard or tallow. Not made with PTFE or PFOA
